Chrissa Collections takes the utmost care in ensuring the quality and packaging of our products. In delivering the product chosen by you, there maybe unforeseen circumstances that may impact the quality of our products. Please take a moment to read our return & cancellation policy below.
- No return will be permitted for personalised item(s) unless they are faulty, i.e ordering excessively or changing your mind,etc are not valid reasons for return.
- The claim of return and the return of the item(s) must be made within 5 business days upon receipt of delivery, otherwise we are not deemed to be responsible for any claim made.
- Any claim of return is subject to our unilateral approval.
- The item(s) returned must be as new, unused and in their original packaging as you receive them.
- Replacement of item(s) returned are subject to available stock and will only be personalised if time permits.
- We are not responsible for any loss, damage or injury arising from delivery. Should your item arrive to you damaged upon receipt of delivery please email us and we will assist you accordingly. Please note that our standard delivery method (Regular Registered Post) includes compensation up to $100. Additional insurance coverage can be purchased separately.
